The personal attention from mini service staff has diminished.
The person who I dealt with when my car was ready gave the impression that he did not want to do this. In addition, his manner was dismissive and at times he made me feel like he just wanted to get rid of me.

As above very disappointed but I was allocated BMW area and not mini area. I can only assume I was not of enough value to be treated politely.

I was given information on a regular basis through MINI videos from Rebecca. She made sure to tell me what was happening during throughout the process of purchasing the MINI, the manufacturing stage and finally the delivery of my new car.
From our very first visit when we met Lauren Hussein, we were impressed by her attitude. Extremely well informed but not pushy. Thenalways very pleasant and patient with us as we took several visits to decide what we wanted.
Kelly Bright and David - the manager in MINI Milton Keynes have both made my experience very pleasant, therefore I am very satisfied
I think that I should have been told before I booked the service that the service would take about three hours. I returned hours later and saw my car in the garage but waited at least 30 minutes before I was taken to my car.

Overcharge supply 2 light bulbs In install £50.00, bulbs only cost £4.00 outsourced elsewhere & fitted myself. especially when i had already brought my vehicle in for a service.
Booked in for yearly service & gave car reg etc when booking. Took day off to attend, but on arrival told service not due for another year. Wish this was conveyed when booking. Took the opportunity & time off to have brake pads & discs replaced.
Service 100%. But had to wait over 4 weeks for a service appointment which meant I drove over 600 miles after service due

Receiving the car back from a service at which the brakes were visually inspected, only to note the service info in the computer is showing front brakes requiring attention in 900 miles (whereas ALL other service metrics show multi-1000 miles to go)

Done on time
When I picked my car up it was not ready and they were still cleaning it. When I got it home I was not satisfied that it was finished to the standard I expected.

It would of been nice to of collected the car inside due to the weather, we felt we were looked after during the purchase and everything was explained to us

They were all so nice to me and the car came so fast as it was built from the factory and when I picked it up they put and bow on it which made the experience that much better and exciting
