Overall very pleased however the price of some of the recommended repairs (using genuine mini OEM parts) is very expensive e.g. new engine undertray/ brake calipers.

The service at Lancaster Mini is always very good. Straightforward answers to questions. The only thing i will say is that the dealdership does seem to be very busy and it can take a few days to book in.

Parts replaced under warranty without quibble, service representative kept me informed. However, I asked for the car not to be washed as I'd detailed it over the weekend. I was recommeneded the wash and agreed. The car was recieved in a worse state
