due to past experiences we expected the poor service, on arrival we where told off for being in the wrong place. left waiting at reception. no apology for the wait wrong information given about brakefluid change
The service was good.
Painless and pleasant experience as always
I had to have 2 new front tyres, even though they had only done about 1000 miles.
The dealership were brilliant and really helpful.
at times it takes quite a while to get through to the deaprtment you want

I waited while the work was done the wait was comfortable. It's nice looking at the cars in the showroom or just sitting with a nice hot drink.
