Car was not well presented and looked as though it had not been valeted and glue from stickers on windows was still showing. Engine area needed cleaning as very dirty and dusty looked as though it had been stored outside for a while.

There were sorting out an issue with my rear door and although it took the establishment a while to acknowledge the problem - with some help from the head office - they dealt with the issue very professionally. I am really pleased with the result.

There was a fault during the service which resulted in a delay in completion. A replacement was provided whilst this matter was rectified. Staff were helpful quickly clearing up some miscommunication.

Repairs to seal - new seal and trim - but problem not resolved as seal was still distorting when window closed. Service would not look at it when collected car. Two weeks later still waiting for Lancaster response.

Although I have got all my 3 cars from the same dealer, they still do not give me any gifts or good will gestures. On the contrary I had got a better offer elsewhere which I made them aware of which is when they price matched.

Parking awful with bmw recalls. Long delay to book in 50 mins wait. Then collecting was met with nobody on the service desk, 40 mins to collect.
