Very satisfied with the service desk (every visit). Not overly joyed from the sales staff (over a year ago) and the CS manager (half a year ago). All 3 answers based on my 17 months with you.
Tyler managed to get my car in the workshop within a couple days of booking and took care of everything, best of all the service was done at a reasonable price AND with a smile... now that's priceless. He is a credit to the service department!!
Not helpful when timing chain snapped and no one did anything to review properly

Efficient and informative.
Had requested a sat nav update but was told on arrival that it could not be done as mine was a pit stop visit.

You took incorrect contact details delaying authorisation of work which had the knock on effect of not being ready at 4.30pm and noted incorrect tyre to check
Tyre sizes quoted incorrectly following a very poor service visit, good job I double checked before visiting!
Late pick ups, poor communication and incorrect appointments
We waited while my car was being serviced so all was completed quite quickly Told 30 minutes but it took at least an hour We couldn't wait for the car to be valeted

I was kept informed at the various stages of the manufacture of my car. The delivery came much earlier than I expected.
did what was asked of them
booked in for an mot and end of warranty check as my heated seats were not working and still in warranty. got a call back which only had MOT booked. Rang again still only MOT booked. Took all day and was promised a call by midday which never happened
The car had to have some very minor warranty work done which necessitated them keeping the car from Thursday to the following Monday. Then when I had the car back - the service light was still on - I telephoned and explained this and to return
Service department was shocking, wrong measurements were taken and had to get the sales department to investigate.
Friendly yet highly competent and professional, I received full explanations and updates at all times during the specification choices, buying process, build progress and handover from Joe Graci. Praiseworthy and faultless.

I personally filled the Screenwash before her recent service to find that she had been charged over £2.00 + vat for topping up - I can buy a full 5 litre can of screen for £1.99. Being brought up during the 2nd world war wth a very basic upbringing ?
Had to wait a while to get booked in, and the charges weren't expected. Overall though the service was done within timescales advised and the service team keep me informed of progress.

I was told that the car would be cleaned after the service, unfortunately it looked like I'd had my grandchildren clean it with parts not cleaned.

It was ontime delivery and very good service Lauren Hussain. She provided complete information about the products and tips to make us comfortable with the purchase.
Upon arrival at the garage, there was no record of my service booking despite me having spoken to a member of staff on the telephone to confirm the date and time; this didn't start proceedings well from my point of view.
As always I received great service in a welcoming environment.
I was told that my tyre had a slight split in it and that you was unable to deliver it back, so due to the Driver not going to the right address and picking it up late , I had to get a cab home from work as my car was not back and a lift to collect.
