On receipt of my car I was informed that I needed 4 completely new tyres by the service department.However later I received a phone call from the tyre technician who was seemingly oblivious to this who reported that only one tyre was required
It was seamless from start to finish! David was happy to answer all of the questions I had.

I booked on the email received offering a £20 winter pre-check. I was not surprised when the total bill I paid was £283 !! However I felt I had peace of mind that the car was up to par for the winter.

The alloys were resprayed black but a leak came from a tyre valve after refitting. The warning light came on. However, Lauren was really proactive and sorted everything out. She dropped my car off for me at work before I leave work. Great service!

I received a call to say my rear brake pads required replacing shortly and they could do them whilst the car was with you, I declined. When I received the paperwork it said there was 1000-2000 miles left, I only do 5000 a year so they are fine.

From ordering the car right through to picking up the car, Lauren kept me informed every week ( via a video message which I loved!!) of what was happening with the car every week.
