Bonnet mot shut properly abd warning light came on when I left the dealership. Also asjed for someone to look at my glove compartment as it wont open. Actualky spoke to the technical guy in service dept. Assumed it was done ibut still cant open it.

My car required software update which I was charged for. Outrageous. It's a 2016 plate. Will not be buying a mini again. The woman who was dealing with me was also very rude and confrontational.

2nd time that an issue has occured with the car. The gear stick has peeled and was left without a car for more than 24 hours. Took an hour and a half to be dropped at work and lost an hour's worth of pay. Was piled into the back of a BMW hatch.

The level of customer service normally received was not there this time, liked the video and the phone call but the wash given to the car was poor, looked like it has just been jet sprayed over.

I thought I would try the garage again after previous bad experiences. Sadly no improvement. Waited over 3 hours for a 90 minute service. Didn't do something I asked them to look at. No apologies. No check ups in the waiting area to advise of delay.

Used to use another MINI/BMW dealer but found it difficult to book and appointment and/or have meaningful discussions with them. Discovered Lancaster and have used then since. Always helpful, diligent and no surprises. Helpful in all matters.

As well as renewing my JCW's brake pads at the pre-agreed price, Mini MK found one of the car's tyres was borderline legal. They fitted a replacement Pirelli at a very satisfactory cost, matching a local independent tyre specialist's price.

A sit & wait 90min at 9am with small children is a nightmare we left the mini & went out. We returned 2 1/2 hrs later & it still wasn't done, finally left at 1pm!! Car driven far too fast in service area & to top it all service light still on!

I asked for a follow up from the mechanic to understand if the temperature setting could be adjusted this was promised but two weeks on no follow up, disappointed that not only can they not resolve the issue they do not have the courtesy to call back

The communication was poor, I was left waiting for over 1.5 hours when collecting and unfortunately the issue I had with my vehicle was not fixed despite being told it had been done. I really wasn't impressed with the overall experience.

I also to chase up where my vehicle was. A man came out and said 'it'll be 2 seconds' but it ended up being another 15 mins from then. No one told me where my car actually was without me asking either.
