My service experience was excellent.
Whilst service/MOT were find, an issue was identified. However, nobody called me which means that I now have to bring my car back for a second time to rectify something that could have been done when you service my car - very irritating.
Hard to communicate with, phone calls not returned by Service manager.
Customer Service is excellent! I use you mainly because you collect my car from my work place for its MOT and bring it back at a time convenient for me meaning I dont have to take time out, get a lift and am not inconvenienced at all

The Drive train fault is still On the car! (Brought brand new April 19) it comes on and goes off when you turn the engine off. I know they checked everything on the car and couldn't find anything wrong.
I had a great experience with i think (Emily) from Mini Service, but you required my car for longer and it was handed over to BMW service, and this is where it went downhill. I wasn't kept informed and you had my car over a week in the end.
It's always unfortunate when the technician has to visit you at home after you've collected the car because he's realised he forgot to replace a few essential nuts and bolts

Bonnet mot shut properly abd warning light came on when I left the dealership. Also asjed for someone to look at my glove compartment as it wont open. Actualky spoke to the technical guy in service dept. Assumed it was done ibut still cant open it.

My car required software update which I was charged for. Outrageous. It's a 2016 plate. Will not be buying a mini again. The woman who was dealing with me was also very rude and confrontational.

Kellie also helped swing the deal for my husband to buy a Z4. If Kellie bright hadn't intervened my husband would have walked away which would probably have meant neither of us would have bought a car that day!
